Peter J. Anderson

Peter J. Anderson

Most recently, Mr. Anderson held the role of Chief Investment Officer of RCM (a subsidiary of Allianz Global Investors with approximately $130 billion under management) where he was responsible for the direction and management of the San Francisco investment staff. He remains active on RCM’s board of advisors and also serves on the board of Theleme Partners, a London-based hedge fund. Prior to that, he was the Chief Investment Officer of American Express IDS where he served on the company’s senior management committee, as well as the board of American Express’ mutual funds. Mr. Anderson received his BA from Yale and his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School.

Mr. Robb has extensive experience serving on nonprofit boards, including the Kravis Center, Preservation Foundation, Palm Healthcare Foundation, Society of the Four Arts, Civic Association of Palm Beach, Investment Company Institute, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and World Affairs Council of Philadelphia, among others. Mr. Robb served as President and CEO of JPMorgan Florida; President and CEO of the SEI Investments, Inc. Family of Mutual Funds; President and CEO of Premier Systems, Inc.; and General Counsel and later Deputy Head of the Trust and Investment Division of Provident National Corporation and Bank. He began his career as an associate in the law firm of Ballard, Spahr Andrews and Ingersoll specializing in corporate and securities law. Mr. Robb has academic degrees from Princeton University, University of Virginia School of Law, and the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Ms. LaLonde is the founder of Xaphes, a firm serving organizations and professionals that combines her passion for and experience in public speaking with her priority values of joy, excellence and authenticity. Over her career, Ms. LaLonde has worked with companies in the high-tech and professional services industries to create a competitive advantage with their human resource talent. She is known as a thought leader in the professional development space. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Ms. LaLonde has lived in Southeast Florida since 2011. She earned both a Master of Education and a B.S. in Marketing at the University of Illinois.

Mr. Robbins is one of the founding attorneys of Hill Ward Henderson, and serves as the firm’s Managing Shareholder. His practice is focused on business and real estate transactions, and includes extensive experience with automotive dealerships. He has also been an active leader in Tampa’s civic, charitable, and social organizations, including serving on the board of The Florida Aquarium, The Tampa Bay History Center, Jesuit High School, The Academy of the Holy Names and Positive Coaching Alliance, Tampa Bay. Mr. Robbins earned his BA from the University of Virginia and his law degree from Duke University.

Paul L. Whiting, Sr.

Mr. Whiting is the former President and CEO of Spalding and Evenflo Companies, which owned Spalding Sports and Evenflo baby products. He is currently the President of Seabreeze Holdings, a privately held investment and consulting firm. Mr. Whiting was a member of the board of TECO Energy until its acquisition by Emera Energy. In addition, he currently serves on the board of Sykes Enterprises (past non-executive chair and past member of the audit committee and chair of the compensation committee) and the Bank of Tampa and its holding company, as well as on the boards of various civic organizations, including, among others, the Academy Prep Center of Tampa, Inc., a full-scholarship, private, college-preparatory middle school for low-income children.
